Proposal for future, after graduation

After competing my bachelor degree programmer, for Tvet.

I should like to do the following:

1. Go back to my former vocational training center, Norwegian people's Aid, Yei vocational training center.

• To teach and improve the standard of the vocational training center.
• Use general teaching methods and techniques
• Share the new knowledge and experience with fellow colleagues etc.

2. Re-view the former technical vocational training center curriculum by.

• Knowing the aims and the objective of the TVET curriculum.
• Introducing curriculum and education to the learners and community.
• The relationship between curriculum and education
• Elements, contents and organization of the learning experience etc.

Aim

The aim of the technical vocational education training curriculum: Is to help me reflect on the concept, elements and how a TVET curriculum can be developed. Help me focus on the TVET curriculum in which i operate and enlighten me on how to interpret the curriculum, and help me develop insight in facilitating the desired changes in education in my VTC.

Objectives

I should be able to: Explain what curriculum is and its relationship with education. Describe the process of curriculum development. Interpret the TVET and explain the qualities of a a good TVET curriculum and be able to identify my role in the TVET curriculum.

In order to play my role as a teacher effectively, i should understand that curriculum, development is a very important component in an education system. My knowledge of curriculum development will help me determine objectives, content, methods and evaluate procedure that are suitable in implementing the TVET programmer etc.
